Guest Service Associate/Cashier - Honey Farms - Part-Time

Job Summary Guest Service Associate – responsible for delivering a top‑notch guest experience and completing all store‑level tasks. Responsibilities Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience for everyone. Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store operations policies, procedures, and practices. Operate the point of sale per corporate standards; maintain proper cash, lottery, and tobacco levels. Complete all housekeeping functions including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Replenish products and supplies to maintain in‑stock conditions. Communicate with store management about guest requests and vendor‑related concerns. Check in external and internal vendors per established guidelines. Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects assigned by management. Perform other tasks as assigned by management. Support new hire onboarding and training for GSA employees. Qualifications & Requirements Availability for flexible hours, including day, night, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer proficiency. Reliable transportation. Ability to work in intermittent temperatures (outside, cooler, etc.). Physical capability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch, and lift or carry up to 25 lbs. Room to freely access all store areas, including the selling floor, stock area, and register area. Accurate counting, reading, and writing for required paperwork. Minors may use only OSHA‑approved knives. Compensation Pay range: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour. Final amount determined by experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and company performance.
