Create and execute multi-year product strategies that align customer needs, operational priorities, and emerging technologies. Drive innovation across receiving, inventory movement, asset monitoring, facility intelligence, energy optimization, and connected operations. Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, IoT, computer vision, and predictive analytics to improve operational performance and associate experiences. Lead Customer-Centered Product Innovation Build deep understanding of associates, operators, facility teams, and business stakeholders through research, field engagement, and data-driven insights. Champion discovery practices that uncover high-value opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. Ensure teams focus on solving meaningful customer and business problems with measurable outcomes rather than feature delivery alone. Develop frameworks for prioritization, opportunity sizing, and outcome measurement across the portfolio. Drive Product Excellence and Business Impact Own product strategy and roadmap execution across multiple product domains and teams. Balance business value, customer experience, technical feasibility, operational complexity, and speed-to-market. Lead decisions around platform investments, product architecture, build-versus-buy evaluations, and ecosystem partnerships. Establish rigorous product operating mechanisms, including launch readiness, value realization, adoption measurement, and continuous improvement. Harness Data and AI to Accelerate Outcomes Define portfolio-level success metrics and ensure robust measurement frameworks are in place. Promote experimentation, telemetry, and analytics-driven decision making across teams. Drive adoption of AI-powered capabilities both within products and throughout the product development lifecycle. Translate complex operational and financial data into actionable product insights and strategic recommendations. Influence Across the Enterprise Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Operations, Supply Chain, Store Operations, Real Estate, Facilities, and Executive Leadership teams. Build alignment around strategic priorities, investment decisions, and roadmap commitments. Navigate complex organizational environments and drive execution through influence, collaboration, and clear communication.
