Job Description

The Henry Ford Jackson Division of Gastroenterology is seeking a Board Eligible/Certified Gastroenterologist with ERCP certification. Join an exciting opportunity with a forward-looking dynamic GI hospital program and a full support staff.

Conditions of Employment:
• Employee Health requires all employed providers to complete a health screen per HFHS policy.
• COVID Vaccination Requirement; a provider must be fully vaccinated (unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption) before their application will be forwarded to a specialist during the credentialing process.
• Credentialing process
• Must maintain certification status
All offers are contingent on credentialing/privileging

Compensation and Benefits:

Certification Requirements
• BLS
• Board Certified
• Board Eligible

State License Requirements
• Michigan

Additional License Requirements
• Fellowship-trained in Gastroenterology; Clean Malpractice and License History; Current COVID and flu vaccinations; ERCP certification (will also consider someone that needs additional proctoring); Does the provider require visa support - J1 or H1B?
