Registered Nurse - Critical Care

Seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU care with a patient-centered approach. Responsibilities Include Performing comprehensive nursing assessments, including admission, transfer, post-op, and discharge evaluations. Developing, coordinating, and evaluating individualized care plans based on assessment data, diagnostics, and physician orders. Administering medications, monitoring IV therapies, and providing patient and family education. Recognizing and responding to changes in patient condition, managing specialized care such as restraints, pain, and abuse assessments. Ensuring documentation accuracy, effective communication, and adherence to safety, infection control, and quality standards. Collaborating with healthcare team members, mentoring new staff, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Licensed RN in the applicable state with at least one year of RN experience. Current certifications in BLS and ALS from American Heart Association or equivalent. Strong assessment, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to provide age-appropriate care for adult and geriatric patients. Key Duties Deliver high-quality, respectful, and efficient patient care. Maintain a safe, clean environment and comply with infection control policies. Engage in ongoing professional development, quality improvement, and evidence-based practice. Provide compassionate communication, respecting patient privacy, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Note: Performs other related duties as assigned, working in a night shift schedule.
