Step into our Hatboro, PA corrugated packaging facility and see how your skill keeps production humming. On 2nd or 3rd shift, you’ll be the steady hand running the machines that turn sheets into durable boxes used nationwide.

What Your Shift Looks Like

• Start with a quick handoff, review production goals, and confirm your equipment is set for the run.
• Run and closely monitor multiple machines producing corrugated cartons, watching quality and throughput.
• Dial in accurate setups and adjustments so equipment runs efficiently and meets output targets.
• Complete routine inspections and basic maintenance to prevent unplanned downtime.
• Follow safety procedures and keep your area clean, organized, and audit-ready.
• Team up with coworkers to troubleshoot issues and fine-tune processes for better results.
• Record production data and immediately report any variances to your supervisor.
• Support new teammates by demonstrating safe machine operation and best practices.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical manufacturing training is a plus.
• Hands-on experience as a machine operator or in a manufacturing setting preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and sharp problem-solving instincts.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with firm production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality output.
• Clear communication and a collaborative mindset.
• Flexibility to work 2nd or 3rd shift and to take overtime when needed.
