Kelly  is hiring for a  Production Operator  for a 2-month potential to hire contract role at  Philadelphia PA 19153  with our prestigious client.

Job Title:   Production Operator
Primary Location:   Philadelphia PA 19153
2-month contract - Potential to hire
2nd shift - 2pm – 10:30pm - Monday to Friday
Pay rate: $23.00/hr.

Responsibilities:

• Operate spray drying systems, evaporators, pumps, homogenizers, and associated processing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Start up, monitor, adjust, and shut down spray drying operations according to established procedures and production requirements.
• Monitor critical process parameters, including temperatures, pressures, airflow, feed rates, moisture levels, and product quality attributes.
• Perform equipment setup, product changeovers, and line clearance activities as required.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and preventive maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Execute Cleaning-In-Place (CIP), sanitation, and equipment cleaning procedures according to established schedules and requirements.
• Perform warehouse and material-handling activities, including replenishment of reservoirs, material breakdown, staging, picking, weighing, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
• Safely operate forklifts and other approved material-handling equipment to retrieve, stage, and move materials as required.
• Pick and weigh materials accurately according to batch requirements and production instructions.
• Load and unload trucks, move materials, locate and pick stock, and pack orders as assigned.
