Project Executive

Overview G.A. Rogers, Central Oregon's top ranked search firm, has an open need for an experienced Construction Project Executive. The person for this role will have a background delivering Public Works, Commercial, and / or Industrial grade vertical projects. Responsibilities Field Operations Leadership: Provide direct oversight, mentorship, and support to 10 + project managers and engineers, as well as our supervision. Project Oversight and Management: Regularly visit multiple job sites to assess project progress, quality of work, and adherence to timelines. Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to keep projects on track. Travel around Oregon will be required. Preconstruction: Lead our efforts with preconstruction services with CMGC and design/build work Estimating/Bidding/Contracting: Help us pursue work, bid it and buy it out Qualifications Experience: A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in the commercial construction industry, with significant experience in a project management role. Ability to demonstrate overseeing multiple projects would be preferred. Bachelors degree in construction engineering management preferred. Public Works Expertise: Proven track record of successfully completing public works projects (e.g., schools, libraries, fire stations, municipal buildings). Technical Proficiency: Computer and technology savvy, with a strong ability to use project management software, scheduling tools, excel spreadsheets and communication platforms to streamline operations. Exceptional at reading plans and specs.
