Real Estate REO Transaction Coordinator
Ryan Hill Group (Century 21 Circle Naperville)
In this fast-paced in-office position, you will be managing incoming calls from buyers and buyer agents interested in our listings and supporting our REO manager with the weekly tasks and offers for our REO foreclosure properties in portals such as Res.net, Pyramid, and Equator. Additionally, we are a Team of 6 agents serving Sellers and Buyers. You will be assisting our team with our Listings and making sure all paperwork is in SkySlope, preparing contracts and amendments, and assisting with closings. You will be the "Hub" to support our team leader, Teresa Ryan, and the REO Manager Tommy Schrey, and our Team agents. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ryan Hill Group (Century 21 Circle Naperville)
