Pay: $50,000–$55,000 annually (based on experience)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend events as needed.

Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly organized Listing/Transaction Coordinator to manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing. This role serves as the primary point of contact for agents, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties to ensure all deadlines are met and transactions progress smoothly. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple real estate transactions simultaneously from executed contract through closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and attorneys throughout the transaction process.
• Monitor contract timelines and ensure all deadlines, contingencies, and documentation requirements are met.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transaction files for completeness and compliance.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, final walkthroughs, and closing appointments.
• Track and obtain required signatures, disclosures, and supporting documentation.
• Communicate transaction updates and proactively resolve issues that may delay closing.
• Maintain accurate records within the company's transaction management and CRM systems.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of customer service experience in real estate
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Experience with Canva is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a deadline-driven environment.
• Outgoing, professional, and customer-focused personality.
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative.
• Stable work history demonstrating reliability and accountability.
