We are actively seeking a full-time Transaction Coordinator to work with our acquisition, disposition, leasing and third-party teams to help coordinate and close transactions. Previous experience is a must. Responsibilities Work in conjunction with our legal team in the negotiation and execution of purchase and sale agreements on building and land acquisitions Work in conjunction with our legal team during lease negotiations and disposition of assets Coordinate transaction life cycle with internal and external parties Select and maintain relationships with third party vendors who assist during transactions Compile post-closing documents as needed Requirements 3-5 years previous experience in commercial real estate transactions or contract negotiations required Excellent organization, negotiation, and communication skills Team player who can work with all members of the acquisition, development, asset management and financial analyst teams Excellent ability to multi-task and work independently Proficiency in Microsoft Office Please email cover letter and resume to: View email address on click.appcast.io No phone calls, please.
