Requirements Three to five years of litigation and/or contracting experience. Interest in construction law, with or without prior experience. Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture preferred. Education: Strong academic credentials required. Certifications: Bar admission in North Carolina or eligibility to waive in. Skills: Excellent communication and writing skills. Practical, solution-oriented, and collaborative practice style. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
