The Membership Concierge / Administrative Assistant supports the country club and its members at the property, providing a warm point of contact and reliable administrative support. This role assists members with bookings, inquiries, and events, and supports membership records, billing coordination, and communication. The Membership Concierge / Administrative Assistant contributes directly to member satisfaction and club efficiency. Working closely with club leadership, this position keeps member service and administration running smoothly.

Education & Experience

Required Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Language requirements are confirmed by property at the time of posting.
• Strong customer service, organizational, and computer skills.
• Physical ability to perform the essential functions of the role, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous concierge, membership, or administrative experience.
• Experience with membership or reservation systems.
• Bilingual ability appropriate to the property's guests.

Fundamental Requirements

• Serve as a warm, professional point of contact for members and guests.
• Assist with tee times, court bookings, dining, and event reservations.
• Support membership records, billing coordination, and communication.
• Respond to member inquiries and requests promptly.
• Coordinate member events and communications.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support the golf and club team with administrative tasks.
• Handle member concerns and coordinate resolution.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information.
• Keep the reception area welcoming and organized.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

Physical Requirements

• Sit and work at a desk and computer for the majority of the shift.
• Perform repetitive keyboard and phone tasks.
• Occasionally move throughout the club and grounds.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
