Job Description:

AriensCo is excited to hire motivated Assemblers to join our 2nd shift team in Brillion, WI! This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization and contribute to our growing operations.

• Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour plus $4.00 shift premium - $24.00/hour total plus $4,000 sign on bonus
• Schedule & Shift: Monday - Thursday (4 days x 10 hours); 2:30PM-12:30AM

THE DAY TO DAY...

• Safe operation of machine and tools
• Live and promote the Ariens Core Values and 15 Principles
• Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling outdoor power equipment
• Perform any assembly-type functions using hand or power tools
• Operates equipment needed to perform the job
• Strict adherence to standard work
• Assist team members in other areas if needed to meet daily production goals
• Ability to problem solve effectively
• Ability to communicate

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

• Ability to stand for 10 hours a day
• Must be able to use hands to position parts in place
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs at varying frequencies
• Must wear required Personal Protective Equipment
• Capable of adhering to Standard Work
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Desire for personal development and growth
