Distribution Lead

Pay $25-$27 BOE Are you a motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We’re looking for a dependable and energetic Distribution Lead to help drive daily operations, support team success, and ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on time. In this role, you’ll work closely with Distribution Supervisors and fellow Leads to keep operations running smoothly while creating a positive, safety-focused, and productive workplace. What You’ll Do Help oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy Support and motivate team members to achieve productivity and quality goals Monitor order flow and adjust work assignments to maximize performance Participate in leadership meetings focused on safety, staffing, and operational success Coach and mentor employees through one‑on‑one feedback and training Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time Assist with employee training, onboarding, and safety education Support inventory accuracy through cycle counts and spot checks Perform equipment safety checks and basic facility maintenance Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Assist with evening deadlines, facility closing procedures, and securing the building What We’re Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast‑paced environment Team‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality Flexibility to support different functional areas and schedules as needed Why Join Us?
