Construction Project Manager - Real Estate Development

Fareri Associates is seeking a Project Manager to oversee commercial and residential construction projects within the in-house construction group. You will collaborate with the VP, construction manager, superintendent, and project administrator to deliver high-quality outcomes from preconstruction to closeout. You will coordinate with owners, design teams, field staff, and vendors, track schedules and budgets, review change orders and payment applications, and ensure work aligns with project #J-18808-Ljbffr
