Financial Analyst FP&A

Belmont Village Senior Living is hiring a Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our Corporate Finance team in Houston, Texas. This highly visible role supports financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and business analytics across a growing national organization. This position is fully on-site at Belmont Village's Corporate Office in Houston, Texas. Limited travel may be required. Why Belmont Village is a Great Place to Work Stable, privately held company with a long history of growth and operational excellence Opportunity to work directly with executive leadership High-visibility role with meaningful impact on business performance Collaborative and entrepreneurial culture Professional growth and advancement opportunities Meaningful work supporting communities that enhance the lives of older adults Key Responsibilities Analyze monthly budget-to-actual and forecast variances Assist with annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis Prepare reports for leadership, lenders, and business partners Support operational and financial benchmarking initiatives Develop insights and reporting tools that drive business performance Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, business analytics, or a related field Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities Experience with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills Experience with Power BI, Vena, SQL, Python, VBA, or other analytics tools is a plus Similar Backgrounds May Include FP&A Analyst, Real Estate Finance, Corporate Finance Analyst, Senior Financial Analyst, Financial Reporting Analyst, Business Analyst, Strategic Finance Analyst, Revenue Analyst, or Finance Business Partner.
