Senior Labor Compliance Coordinator Location: 4860 Ruffner Street, San Diego, CA 92111-1522 Working Location: Facilities Planning and Construction Work Schedule: 12 months per year, 40 hours per week. Application Deadline: July 13, 2026 11:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) Salary: $7,201.28 to $8,751.63 per month (Grade 054, OTBS Salary Schedule) Benefits: Health and wellness benefits for positions 20 hours per week or greater; 5% bilingual differential for bilingual positions. Job Description The Senior Labor Compliance Coordinator will perform advanced and complex labor compliance duties, and lead and direct the work of assigned clerical and technical staff. Qualifications Combination of experience, education, and/or training equivalent to six years of progressively responsible business or public administration experience, including two years of recent directly related experience with a Department of Industrial Relations approved Labor Compliance Program or a construction company performing public work subject to California Labor laws. Clear documentation of related education and experience in the work history. Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
