Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Project Management) or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of progressive experience managing highly complex, large‑scale projects or programs, demonstrating increased scope and responsibility. Expertise in delivering technical projects involving key building systems; Building Automation Systems (BMS), IoT deployments, Digital/Smart Buildings, Life Safety and Corporate Networks. Expertise in advanced project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, risk management, and financial oversight of multi‑million dollar initiatives. Proven ability to mentor junior project managers and contribute to PjM best practices within an organization. Experience operating in a fast‑paced, ambiguous environment with multiple, competing priorities. Demonstrated success in driving organizational change and process improvement at a strategic level. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and executive communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree (MBA or related advanced degree). PMP, PgMP, or other advanced project management certifications. Relevant tech industry experience. This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
