What You’ll Do: Inspect raw materials, in‑process components, and finished products using fixed and variable measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications Perform dimensional checks, record inspection results, and complete required documentation for nonconformance reporting Follow detailed work instructions and inspection procedures to verify part accuracy and process compliance Identify issues with measuring equipment and coordinate repair or replacement to maintain inspection accuracy Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in maintaining quality, safety, and production flow across operations What You Bring: 2–4+ years of manufacturing or quality inspection experience in a production environment Strong ability to read blueprints and perform accurate measurements using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other inspection tools High attention to detail with strong analytical skills to identify defects and nonconformance issues Experience working with manufacturing systems or ERPs (JobBoss, Unipoint, or similar) and Microsoft Office Reliable, adaptable team player with strong integrity, communication skills, and ability to work in fast‑paced, shift‑based environments #J-18808-Ljbffr Arena Family of Companies
