This is just the start of music at Snap and we are growing our Partnerships Operations team to support these tools globally.We are seeking a Manager, Partnerships Operations to join Snap Inc.!What you'll do:Content rights landscape, including music, for record labels, music publishers and Performing Rights OrganizationsContent ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata managementCompliance with reporting obligations, and other key provisions from complex licensing agreementsManagement of 3rd party service providersContent management system architecture and developmentDrive Automation & Operational Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and tooling. Partner with technical teams to implement solutions that improve accuracy and reduce turnaround times.Resolve Complex Partner Issues: Serve as a key escalation point for complex partner challenges, including revenue discrepancies, reporting issues, and product-related concerns. Investigate root causes and drive timely, effective resolutions.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner across Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal, to ensure alignment and operational readiness for new initiatives, product launches, and policy changes.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Creative and innovative thinker with a proven track record for solving complex problemsTeam player who can work across multiple groups, including product, engineering, legal, and other XFN teamsBias for action in a lean work environmentMinimum Qualifications:9+ years of experience in global business operations, partnerships operations, rights management, digital media, music, technology, or related strategic roles Positive relationships with major and independent music content ownersStrong analytical and quantitative skillsPreferred Qualifications:Moderate proficiency in SQLPassionate about the business of musicIf you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information."Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position.These pay zones may be modified in the future.Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):The base salary range for this position is $190,000-$284,000 annually.Zone B: The base salary range for this position is $181,000-$270,000 annually.Zone C:The base salary range for this position is $162,000-$241,000 annually.This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.SummaryLocation: Los Angeles, California; New York, New YorkType: Full time
