Bracane Company in Midland, TX is seeking an experienced Surface Landman – ROW Acquisition to join our Midland operations. This role focuses on negotiating surface rights, easements, leases, and permits, with ownership of ROW projects from negotiation through execution. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in surface land and ROW acquisition, strong negotiation skills, and experience in the Permian Basin.
