We are seeking a strong property-focused land professional to support our team in North Dallas, TX, with remote or hybrid flexibility for the right candidate. This role combines land and property support with some sales and business development responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling title, due diligence, acquisition support, administrative land work, project coordination, and relationship-building with clients, partners, or prospects. The right person is organized, detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work well in a virtual team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support title, due diligence, and acquisition-related work

• Review, organize, and maintain property, title, and project files

• Assist with administrative land functions, records, and document management

• Coordinate with internal team members and outside parties

• Track deadlines, documents, and project status across multiple assignments

• Maintain accurate records and reporting

• Support business development, outreach, and follow-up as needed

• Help build and maintain professional relationships with clients, owners, or partners

• Work independently while staying highly responsive and organized

Qualifications:

• Experience in land, title, due diligence, property support, or related oil and gas / real estate work

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Comfortable in a remote or hybrid workflow

• Strong communication and follow-through

• Comfortable with some sales, outreach, or relationship management

• Proficiency with Excel, Google Workspace, and document tracking systems preferred

• Texas and Permian-related experience is a plus
