Receptionist/Floater

Description GrayRobinson, a full-service law and government-consulting firm with 16 offices in Florida and Washington, D.C., has an immediate opening for a Receptionist in our Fort Myers office. Successful candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a receptionist in a professional services organization. Responsibilities Answering and routing telephone calls Taking messages and sending emails Greeting and assisting visitors Receiving and recording deliveries Coordinating meetings Maintaining conference room schedules This regular, full-time position also provides interim coverage for legal assistants, ensuring continual, reliable support for attorneys and the Firm. The interim coverage assignments may be for one day, several days, or several weeks. This position also assists others on projects as needed.
