Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional atmosphere.
• Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, procedures, and pet care.
• Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Process payments and manage medical collections as needed.
• Provide information to clients about pet care, veterinary terminology, and clinic services.
• Keep the reception area organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle any client concerns or complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

• Experience in a veterinary setting or similar environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with kennel operations and animal handling techniques is a plus.
• Ability to perform animal restraint safely when required during visits.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing records.
