Key responsibilities Assist with scheduling services and field teams through the mobile app system. Help the sales team prepare bids and proposals. Provide customer service by phone and email. Perform filing, organization and paperwork tasks. Help keep the office operating smoothly. Qualifications Administrative, receptionist or customer-service experience is preferred. Comfort with apps and scheduling software. Strong communication and organization. Professional, courteous and dependable. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
