Join us and discover the Bermuda Lakes difference for yourself!As a Bermuda Lakes receptionist, you will serve as the primary point of contact, handling reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and guest services to ensure a positive, welcoming experience. Key duties of the receptionist include managing phone lines, processing payments, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining the front desk.In addition to competitive wages, we offer health, dental, and vision insurance. We are also proud to maintain a smoke- and vape-free workplace to ensure a healthy environment for our team.Responsibilities:Check-in and Check-out: Welcome arriving guests, register guests, assign RV sites, explain resort rules and amenities, and efficiently process departures.Reservations: Manage phone, email, and online reservation requests using property management software (Newbook), including making changes and cancellations as needed.Customer Service: Answer incoming calls, respond to guest inquiries, and handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and courteously. Go above and beyond to create a welcoming and positive guest experience.Front Office Duties: Keep the front office organized, welcoming, and tidy; sort and distribute mail; maintain accurate records; and assist with general administrative tasks.Events & Rallies: Assist the manager with hosting rallies and resort events, including coordinating schedules, assisting with registration, setting up activities, and helping ensure events run smoothly.First Impressions: Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for guests and help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort.Resort Support: Be willing to pitch in wherever needed throughout the resort. This may include assisting with light cleaning, preparing common areas, helping with resort activities, delivering items, checking on facilities, or assisting other team members during busy periods. This is a hands-on position, and we are looking for someone who enjoys staying busy and being part of the overall resort team.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality.Ability to work a flexible schedule Monday–Saturday.Comfortable using computers and learning property management software.Willingness to pitch in with a variety of resort tasks and work outside of the front office when needed.Prior RV resort, campground, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
