Role Description We are seeking a mechanically and electrically skilled, detail-oriented Production Technical Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for the precise assembly of high-frequency drives and subassemblies. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reading technical schematics and ensuring that all production outputs meet our quality and efficiency standards. Qualifications Proven experience in electronics assembly or a related manufacturing trade. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and diagrams. Comfortable using power tools and hand tools with precision and safety. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized documentation.
