responsibilities:

• Perform routine potency assay sample testing and cell culture maintenance to support product development.
• Implement fit-for-purpose analytical potency methods for release testing, stability testing, and product investigations.
• Generate and analyze high-quality analytical data to support regulatory submissions and product optimization.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies while operating specialized tools such as plate readers, centrifuges, and automated liquid handlers.
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP) for all analytical updates and data interpretation.

 
qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree OR Associate's degree and 2 years of experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in cell culture and precise pipetting techniques.
• Demonstrated ability to operate laboratory equipment (e.g., microscopes, plate readers).
• Strong understanding of Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
