Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist

Focusing on managing day-to-day personal lines insurance for active clients, the remote Personal Lines Customer Care Specialist will handle 30-50 calls daily, educating customers about policy coverages and ensuring timely fulfillment of inquiries while working a part-time schedule from 12pm-9pm EST with one Saturday shift every four weeks. Key responsibilities Inform and educate customers about policy coverages, changes, and insurance needs Deliver exceptional customer service by managing inquiries from various communication channels Maintain knowledge of personal lines insurance and adapt to various carrier rating websites Required qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 1 to 2+ years of Personal Lines Experience in Auto and Home products Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload with a wired connection Ability to work remotely from the United States
