What does every Insurance Agent want from their agency? LEADS. We provide LEADS!!!! We provide real, bona fide leads. Not garbage leads that are sent to 10 different agencies. These are clients that are actively working with our mortgage and real estate partners. Our partners are already telling these clients that a representative from our agency will be calling to set up the Homeowner's policy and that it will save them money to bundle that policy with an auto policy. This is as easy as it's going to get for you to build a solid book of business for years to come.

We are looking for a licensed Insurance Agent  to join our local, energetic team at Intermountain West Insurance ! In this role, you’ll receive leads from our Mortgage & Real Estate partners to quote and write auto & homeowner policies, commercial policies and umbrella policies. It will be your job to help navigate these clients through the insurance process and make sure they are properly and comfortably insured. You’ll also build lasting relationships with mortgage professionals, realtors, and other referral partners, while receiving sales coaching and support to grow into a top producer.

Intermountain West Insurance Services LLC is growing and looking for a motivated licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team full-time in our Ogden office.

Requirements

• Active Utah P&C insurance license (required)
• 1-2 years of P&C experience preferred
• Strong sales and communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office environment

 

Responsibilities

• Quote, bind, and service P&C insurance policies
• Identify client needs and recommend products
• Follow up with carriers for quotes
• Build referrals and maintain client relationships
• Work provided leads and existing book of business

 

Compensation

• Minimum wage base
• 100% commission on all new business for the first two years
