Join StretchLab as a Group Stretch Yoga Class Instructor in San Jose, CA! We are seeking passionate individuals to lead our dynamic classes, helping clients improve their flexibility and overall wellness in a fun and supportive environment. Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging group stretch yoga classes tailored to various skill levels.
- Provide personalized attention and modifications to enhance client experience.
- Educate participants on the benefits of stretching and proper techniques.
- Maintain a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes.
- Ensure safety and well-being of all participants throughout sessions.
- Promote StretchLabs services and foster client relationships.
- Keep the studio clean and organized for a welcoming environment.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
- Certification in yoga instruction or related field preferred.
- Experience in leading group fitness classes, especially yoga or stretching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals.
- Passion for health and wellness with a positive attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
