As a Customer Service Representative with the Marion Fazio Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist clients with policy changes and updates.
• Be able to answer phones, faxing, scanning and filing
• Identify customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Must be able to obtain property and casualty license
