Community-Based Rehabilitation Specialist
Case Manager
Empower our struggling neighbors to build healthy, independent lives. Key Responsibilities- Teach essential life skills, real-world problem-solving, and positive social behaviors
- Connect clients to critical community resources and support systems
- Collaborate with therapists and case managers to implement growth plans
- Any 4-yr. degree qualifies to work as CBRS
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week
- No experience necessary—training provided
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Safely transport clients in your own vehicle
- Passion for human services and behavioral health
