Southeastern Health and Wellness Institute is expanding our part-time esthetics program offerings at our Columbia, South Carolina campus , and we are looking for another amazing leader to join our growing academic team!

Are you a passionate, licensed Esthetics professional who loves teaching, mentoring, and inspiring future skincare professionals? At Southeastern, our instructors are more than educators—they are leaders, role models, and advocates for excellence in the beauty and wellness industry.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Esthetics Instructor who is excited to deliver engaging, hands-on education in a supportive, student-centered learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Facilitate instruction in alignment with the South Carolina Board of Cosmetology–approved Esthetics curriculum
• Deliver both theory and practical instruction in skincare, facials, hair removal, makeup, and body treatments
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom culture that builds confidence, professionalism, and technical skill
• Provide timely feedback and maintain accurate student attendance and progress records
• Support students in state board exam preparation and clinical floor experiences
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and technologies and integrate them into instruction
• Collaborate with campus leadership to support program growth and student success

Qualifications:

• Current South Carolina Esthetics Instructor License (Required)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Esthetician
• Teaching experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• A passion for education, wellness, and mentoring future professionals
• Professional, positive, and student-focused mindset
