Senior Retention Manager

Owning the execution of the retention roadmap, the full-time Senior Retention Manager will manage onboarding, loyalty, and lifecycle retention initiatives while working remotely to drive subscriber engagement and reduce churn. Key responsibilities Finalize and scale onboarding initiatives to shape the subscriber journey and reduce early churn Build and improve retention programs to keep subscribers engaged and minimize churn from month 2 onward Manage CRM leads to convert them into new subscribers, optimizing campaigns and flows in collaboration with cross-functional teams Required qualifications Experience in D2C ecommerce, preferably in wellness, health, or subscription businesses Proficiency in using AI tools for research, analysis, and drafting Ability to write compelling communications and manage lifecycle campaigns in Klaviyo Strong project management skills with experience in cross-functional initiatives Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics such as repurchase rate and churn
