Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to help deepen long-term customer relationships through owned channels. Job Overview We’re seeking a Lifecycle & Retention Marketing Manager to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of email, SMS, app notifications, and loyalty. This role focuses on optimizing an existing lifecycle foundation, with email as the primary driver and strong upside in SMS and app. You’ll be responsible for growing the contribution of owned channels to revenue while maintaining high standards for brand quality and customer experience. What You’ll Do Own lifecycle strategy across email, SMS, app, and loyalty Build and optimize automated flows (onboarding, post-purchase, cross-sell, loyalty, win-back) Lead testing across messaging, cadence, segmentation, and incentives Grow % of revenue from owned channels sustainably Partner with e-commerce, brand, paid media, and CX teams Own lifecycle reporting and performance insights What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing (DTC eCommerce) Strong hands‑on experience with Klaviyo or similar platforms (required) Experience with Attentive or similar SMS platforms Proven ability to optimize existing lifecycle programs Strong writing, organization, and analytical skills Comfortable owning channels end‑to‑end Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $70,000–$100,000 USD (DOE) Bonus: 10–15% annual target Remote‑first (US-based) Paid vacation and sick leave Health benefits (where applicable) Product allowance and team discounts Additional Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Marketing and Sales Industries: Retail #J-18808-Ljbffr
