Working under the supervision of a PT, you will provide individualized therapy services that helps patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and safely regain independence in the comfort of their own homes. If you enjoy building meaningful relationships with patients and appreciate the flexibility of home health, we would love to hear from you.ResponsibilitiesProvides physical therapy treatments according to the established plan of care under the direction of a licensed PTAssists patients with therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, transfer training and mobility techniquesMonitors patient progress and communicate changes in condition to the supervising PT and care teamEducates patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall preventions, and safe mobility techniques.Completes accurate and timely clinical documentationCollaborates with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient careMaintains compliance with agency policies and state and federal home health regulationsQualificationsCurrent Ohio Physical Therapist Assistant licenseCurrent CPR and/or BLS certificationValid driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of auto insuranceStrong communication, organizational and interpersonal skillsHome health experience is preferred, but not requiredWhat We OfferWeekly payPay per visitFlexible schedulingPaid time offSupportive interdisciplinary teamOne-on-one patient care with manageable caseloadsWhy Join Our Team?We believe outstanding patient care begins with supporting our clinicians.
