Waymo is seeking a Staff Research Scientist / Tech Lead Manager to advance generative world action modeling for autonomous driving. You will design models, build scalable data pipelines, and evaluate strategies while collaborating across Waymo and Alphabet to apply techniques to products. The role requires a PhD or equivalent experience with 5+ years in deep learning, strong Python skills, and expertise in JAX, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
