Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

COMPANY OVERVIEW At Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics our mission is to design and deploy modern facilities and provide innovative solutions through the practical application of technology creating meaningful value for our customers while helping them meet their strategic objectives establishing The New Age of cold chain We believe our employees make us different Our goal is to attract retain and develop the best employees available in the markets we serve Only through the strength of our employees will we attain our business goals Shift Details Monday Friday 1000am 630pm Position Overview A Shipping & Receiving Coordinator certifies and keeps records on incoming andor outgoing items This is a second shift position Essential Functions and Basic Duties Check bills of lading for accuracy Coordinate shipping andor receiving operations with Warehouse Lead Fill in shipping andor receiving tally documents Organize mail slots with proper paperwork Schedule shipping andor receiving appointments Fold lot stickers as they print for receiving as necessary Apply lot stickers to both front and back of received pallet as necessary Execute all safety procedures and standards regarding the storage and receipt of goods Perform other duties and special projects as needed Process all inbound and outbound orders as trucks arrive and depart warehouse Generate all paperworkinformation required for customer work orders including responding to and checking status of special requests expediting orders where necessary tracking orders and posting inventory records Communicate between customer and warehouse operations concerning the customers accountinventory Update the DMS Dock Management System in a timely manner Qualifications High school graduate or general education degree GED from an accredited institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience Basic reading legible writing and arithmetic skills required Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines High level of attention to detail Communication skills Comfortable working independently or as a team Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is an equal opportunity employer All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race color religion sex sexual orientation gender identity national origin veteran or disability status #J-18808-Ljbffr Arcadia Cold Storage
