Field Support Technician - Santa Rosa, CA area

Hiring pay range: $24.29 - 29.01

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent customer service and communication (verbal and written) skills
• Commitment to delivering superior customer service across all aspects of operations
• Knowledge of basic electronics and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of networking, cabling, servers
• Knowledge of POS equipment
• Ability in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
• Ability to commute to field store locations on daily basis
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong fact-finding skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must have skills to use power tools
• Must have the ability to perform light carpentry work as needed for lane installs.

Experience: 3 minimum years of related experience

Education: 2 year/Associates Degree and/or equivalent experience/training

Licenses and Certifications:

• Must be licensed by the California Department of Agriculture, Weights and Measures division as Agent
• Valid CA Driver's License and an unrestricted DMV record required

Other Requirements:

• Up to 30% travel including overnight travel/hotel stays
• Must be able to work overtime, when needed. Must have the availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Must maintain good driving record to operate company service van
