ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in August 2007 and is a team of five focused on delivering high-level service and financial guidance to our customers. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I served as a corporate vice president for a Fortune 500 company and helped build businesses from the ground up. I made the transition to agency ownership to create something of my own and better serve my community.

I hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Binghamton University and have earned professional designations including CLU and ChFC, along with a Wealth Management Certified Professional designation through The American College of Financial Services. I also speak Spanish and Portuguese, which helps us connect with a broader range of customers.

We are deeply involved in the community, supporting youth sports, veterans through Honor Flight, trade school scholarships, and local initiatives like Meals on Wheels.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with James Rollo - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Currently licensed applicants preferred.
