Order Picker – $17/Hour – Olive Branch, MS

Location: Olive Branch, MS
Pay: $17 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Job Type: Full-time

LaborMax Staffing is hiring a full-time Order Picker for a distribution center in Olive Branch. You’ll select and verify customer orders, then prepare them for packing and shipment.

Responsibilities

Pick orders using pick lists, RF scanners, or a warehouse management system
Verify item numbers and quantities to ensure accuracy
Stage completed orders for packing and shipping
Report shortages, damaged products, and inventory discrepancies
Help with cycle counts and other warehouse tasks as needed
Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
RF scanner or warehouse management system experience preferred
Basic reading and math skills and strong attention to detail
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
