PDS Tech Commercial has the job for you!In partnership with an industry leader in the Olive Branch, MS area, we are looking for dedicated Warehouse / Material Handlers to join our team!Pay Rate: $16-20 per hour (dependent on level and shift)Shift: 7a-3:45p or 8a-4:45p Mon-Fri** What You’ll Do**** Product Handling & Operations**Perform picking, packing, and shipping tasks using RF scan gunsReceive, sort, and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations- Maintain strong accuracy and efficiency in all material handling activities** Quality Control & Accuracy**Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, or quality issuesEnsure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparationReport inventory and quality issues promptly** Equipment Operation & Maintenance**Operate warehouse equipment including:- RF scan gunsElectric pallet jacks (certification required)Forklift (certification required)Reach Truck (certification required)Perform pre- and post-use equipment inspectionsConduct basic equipment checks (battery levels, safety features)** Safety & Compliance**Follow all safety procedures, SOPs, and company guidelinesMaintain a clean and organized work areaReport unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment issues** Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement**Identify and resolve routine warehouse challengesSuggest improvements for efficiency and workflow optimizationSupport cross-functional activities and special projects** What You’ll Need**High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)1+ year of warehouse or distribution center experienceExperience with:- RF scan gunsPick/pack/ship operationsElectric pallet jack operation - Forklift and reach truck experience/certification preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionBasic math and computer/data entry skillsStrong communication and teamwork skills** Physical Requirements**Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.Frequent bending, stooping, and standing for extended periodsActive, fast-paced work environment** What Makes You a Strong Fit**Reliable with strong attendance and punctualityComfortable working in a fast-paced distribution settingDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityProactive and able to solve routine issues independentlyIf you are ready to take your career to new heights - this role is for you!
