Facilities Manager

Our client, a leader in property and facilities management, is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team. As a Facilities Manager, you will be part of the Property & Facilities Management department supporting client-facing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, possess a solid background in facility management, and have effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Facilities Manager Location: Midland, TX Pay Range: $37/hr What's the Job? Manage and oversee building operations and maintenance for multiple sites Lead a team of engineers, mobile technicians, and facility staff to ensure smooth facility operations Coordinate vendor contracts and manage vendor relationships effectively Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and light safety standards Support facility operations, including safety protocols and emergency procedures What's Needed? 3-5 years of experience in facility management or related fields Strong leadership qualities and experience managing direct reports Basic knowledge of MEP systems and fire safety procedures Excellent organizational and communication skills Proficiency with basic computer software and facility management tools What's in it for me?
