Leasing Agent for a family oriented company in Clifton Park, NY!

Job Type: Full-time


Pay: $18-19 / hour

Tasks for the Leasing Agent:

• Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the features and amenities of each property.
• Assist prospective residents through the leasing process, from initial inquiry to lease signing.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing detailed information about our properties and available units.
• Conduct thorough screenings of prospective residents, including background checks and credit evaluations.
• Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, conducting unit inspections and ensuring a smooth transition for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, including applicant information, lease agreements, and rental payments.
• Collaborate with property management team to address resident concerns and ensure tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications for the Leasing Agent:

• Previous experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with prospective and current residents.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Work Schedule for the Leasing Agent:

• Monday-Saturday availability
