CANDIDATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Contact constituents/complainants to discuss the details of the complaints that are filed. Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST. Advise c omplainant of the Division’s jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason. P rovide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. Se nd a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. C lose the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. D ocument the actions in the OnBase system.
