Insulation & Duct Work Installation Technician/Weatherization

Job Description We make energy efficiency improvements to existing homes by installing insulation, duct work or HVAC amongst other items. We need a new installer preferably with energy efficiency knowledge, certifications a plus, but not required. We would prefer candidates with construction or HVAC background. We have an amazing team environment and a flexible work schedule. All candidates must have a clean criminal record and a valid drivers license. Flexible full time or part time hours available Monday through Friday. No weekends!! Candidates will be professional, punctual, organized, responsible, and hardworking with a positive attitude. Duties Include: Installing insulation and weatherization services Installing duct work/sealing duct work Demo/insulation removal Maintaining and keeping work vehicles organized New Technician must: Speak to customers and explain scope of work Work in homes in an organized, clean fashion Be punctual or communicate when you are running late Work in a professional manner at all times Have personal vehicle to get to and from work (Company vehicle is provided for job, but not over night) Valid drivers license No criminal background COVID-19 Precaution(s): Personal protective equipment provided or required Social distancing guidelines in place Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place Typical start time: 7AM Typical end time: 3PM Typical Hours: 25-30 Hrs a week This Job Is: Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma Work Remotely No Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Overtime Supplemental pay types: Bonus opportunities Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred) License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations Candidates must reside in or around Austin TX. #J-18808-Ljbffr GCO Green Collar Operations LLC
