Job Implementation

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and create personalized therapy strategies to help them fulfill their functional objectives

• Collaborate with Comprehensive Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing professionals to provide holistic care

• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to ensure patients remain on track

Education Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Commitment to continuing education or post-graduate certifications is welcomed and supported

Licensing and Certification

• Must have a current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
