Tax Accountant Opportunity in Financial Services

Are you a dedicated Tax Accountant looking for a role that respects your work-life balance while offering growth and flexibility?
Our client, a respected firm in public tax and audit services, is seeking a talented professional to join their team.
What You'll Do:
- Manage tax preparation and related accounting tasks with a client-focused approach
- Work onsite with flexible hours and some hybrid flexibility to fit your personal schedule
- Step into a position where you can eventually take over the firm and make it your own
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting
- CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA) status is desirable but not mandatory; eligibility and a strong desire to earn certification is important
- Someone who values life more than the stressful "Big 4" lifestyle and wants a balanced work environment
