As a Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.Essential Job Functions:Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfactionFoster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departmentsMove throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are metEvaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation.
